I was a latecomer to sewing. Sure, I taught myself how to sew hems when I was little. I didn't have the opportunity to take Home Economics because there were too many girls in the class. Instead, I learned how to use a wood lathe and to weld with a torch. Definitely cool but I fell in love with quilting and sewing when I moved to the United States. The rest, as they say, is history. I'm passionate about textiles and color rocks my world.
